- Teen life is complicated and school is full of harsh people
- Close ups are used to show facial expressions: Character introduction
- Facial expression shows the way that different characters feel about each other.
-Shot reverse shot, panning and close ups
- Smooth editing (keeps continuity and makes it seem realistic)
- Music in the beginning stops when veronica walks over, showing that she isn't trusted.
