Preliminary task two: Script
PRELIMINARY TASK TWO SCRIPT: THE EDGE
DISSOLVE TO:
UNDER GAZEBO (NIGHT TIME/TWILIGHT):
*packing fake money into a duffel bag*
MASON:
This is our one shot to get him back so don’t mess this up.
CAMILLA:
Mason, are you sure Omens gonna buy this?
MASON:
No. But I don’t see any other option.
CAMILLA:
Isn’t this dangerous-
MASON:
Camilla! We don’t have a choice. Now pull yourself together and shut up before anyone hears us.
They get up and walk towards the bridge. As they approach the bridge they at the car parked on the other side
Camera cuts to a shot of Omen and Briget getting of the car
They open the boot and drag out Lucas who is tied up
Camilla gasps and Mason gives her a annoyed look
DRAMATIC MONTAGE OF THE TWO SIDES COMING TO MEET
OMEN:
Did you bring the money?
MASON:
Fifty-thousand dollars.
CAMILLA (LOOKING AT LUCAS) :
In Cash.
*They give the bag to Omen and he passes it to Briget*
OMEN:
Bridget. Check it.
*Camilla looks at Briget pleadingly, bridget nods and fake checks the bag*
MASON:
Now give us Lucas.
* Omen shoves Lucas over to them and says the line below, and camilla looks relieved*
OMEN:
Don’t ever cross me or the mafia again.
The three friends unite and start talking to each other
Shot of Omen in his car looking in the bag and realizing its fake
He walks over to them and grabs kevin before they realize
He holds a gun to his head and corners him up against the edge of the bridge kevin climbs over
Just as Omen is about to pull the trigger kevin slips and falls
There is a series of slow motion shots
Camilla reaching out and saying:
Camilla:
LUCAS!
Graces behind Omen, gesturing for them to run, while Omen angrily reaching out his hand to grab Lucas saying:
OMEN:
NOOOO!
Mason pulling Camilla while she fights to stay and help him (probably shouting)
Finally, there will be a shot of Lucas falling dramatically into the water (probably from a side and above angle)
When he hits the water the title will appear

You have obviously put a lot of thoughts into elements such as your characters, the motivations behind their actions and the plot synopsis.
The more detail you provide and the better your presentation of basic information, looks, the higher your grades for these planning assignments will be. You are definitely nailing the basics for this planning brief, the next step would be to build on this and create visually interesting posts (things like pictures of your talent), why you've chosen them etc.
